New Mountain Ranch Realty Website Launched, 10/21/2005 - We are proud to announce the launch of our new state of the art Real Estate Services Web site today. This new site provides streamlined services for existing as well as potential new clients, while also providing our staff with technology integration that allows us to be more effective in our daily operations. November 1, 2005 Julie Shelby and Bill Schmiett are pleased to announce their purchase of Mountain Ranch Realty Inc. from Jim and Kathy Dodge effective November 1, 2005. Mr Dodge will be retaining his brokers license with the corporation but will be focusing on real property development in the Mountain Ranch area. Phil Alberts, Barbara Grogan, Jed Richardson and Lydia Testa will continue to provide excellent real estate representation to their clients in services to Mountain Ranch Realty.

Ms. Shelby will continue in her primary occupation as a Nurse/Case Manager for Hospice of Amador. Mr. Schmiett will supervise the office staff and is actively recruiting new full-time agents to fill two openings. Mr. Schmiett currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Central Calaveras Fire and Rescue Protection District and Ms. Shelby is a member of  the Board of the Mountain Ranch Youth Alliance.
